工作上來說
我自認不是很有野心
但我既然被分配到
就一定盡心盡力
即使不懂
我也願意花多點時間
不眠不休的完成
否則我會吃不下睡不好
像我這種就是吃力不討好的勞碌命
當我收到這個email
我當下真的無法反應
驚訝→腦筋空白
然後狂喜 → 傻笑
最後告知天下
我得了Encore Recognition Award
打開信件後
還有經理對我說的話
”Thank you very much for all of you hard work and dedication on XXX this year.
You showed a commitment to helping the team in ensuring everything was done on time and in good condition.
Your positive attitude was greatly appreciated and willingness to help others on the team was a valued asset.

當下覺得我忙季做的要死要活是值得的
我的努力和辛苦
我的上司都看在眼裡並放在心裡
而且藉由Encore Recognition Award表達他的感激
這是我第一次在工作上有滿滿的成就感
大概比升官加薪還爽吧
因為我知道我做的事情
有人是心存感激的
而不是因為我拿了公司的薪水
ㄧ切都是理所當然
除了片面的email 以外
當然還有小小的獎勵

選項還很多咧
餐廳、百貨公司、Spa
居然連Tiffany也有
我選了最實用的Starbucks禮券
因為我家老爺每天都要去報到
$100 喝死他吧~~
